As the night falls, i mesmerized upon this verse: " Dan bacakanlah olehmu akan Quran itu secara tartil"....and just like those flashbacks we watch in movies..i could recall my 'good? old days' rather clearly.
If i tell a story of my past, it would be like an old man telling his old stories :) Yup..it is a long story indeed!
I embarked in a religious school back in standard one (up to standard 5 only!!) , read the Quran but (wonder why) did not get to "khatam" as fast as my peers..speed is not a question but back in the past, reading the Quran was such a burden to me (much more enjoyable sitting in front of the TV for hours)..sigh...
So, when relatives asked whether i had "khatam", i shrugged and pondered upon billions of excuses why i hadn't..(adeh, malunye)
i only "khatam" when i was about 15 years old not put of my willingness and for Allah, but ehem2..i was forced back then..
Ya Allah teruknye aku ni....huhu
Alhamdulillah..now i really enjoy reading every verse of the Quran, these magical words of Allah are so beautifully written with special meanings in them..SubhanAllah!!! :)
This book (Koran) tells about the power of Allah Who created your mother, father, friends, all other people, animals, plants, and in short all living things, the earth, the sun, the moon and the entire universe.
It talks about the might and infinite knowledge of our Lord and what He wants us to do and not to do. Do not forget, these are very important matters, which will benefit you greatly!
so..jgn malas baca Quran!!!
