SubhanAllah, alhamdulillah, allahuakhbar!
alhamdulillah...
After hours in OT without much break; went home with severe backache. Tried to sleep last night but the pain never resolves. Hate taking medication; thus after reciting dhu'a, i dozed off.
Early this morning, the pain got worse. In rukuk; the pain was so unbearable. However, subhanAllah the pain went off completely whenever i do sujud. SUBHANALLAH!
Today i forced myself to take simple PCM for the pain and dizziness. Haha. alhamdulillah.
OOps..tomorrow is my on call-2nd call meaning i'll be in OT again! haha..Better watch out my posture in those long hours standing in OT!
pleas pray that it'll not be a so-called JONAH day!!
